Event space at Canopy Menlo Park

Canopy Menlo Park was the perfect choice for my 30 person team offsite! This location is incredibly convenient with its proximity to Caltrain, restaurants, and hotels. However, the team is what truly makes this place special. Ami, the Event Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful during the virtual walkthrough and provided great suggestions for our setup. She arrived hours before the event started to set up the space and was available throughout our event for anything we needed. The event ran smoothly because of her. Huge shout out to Alex and Laura who were also instrumental to the success of this event! Both were onsite hours before the event started, alongside Ami, helping with setup. Alex went above and beyond by helping me move all offsite materials from my car into the space and assisting with heavy items, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Laura was an absolute rockstar, always available, ensuring our coffee, water, and snack stations were constantly refreshed and seamlessly rearranging the room between sessions. Overall, I highly recommend this space for coworking or events, and I look forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire Canopy team!
