This is a 1,400sf flexible-use event hall with plenty of natural light and views overlooking 26th Street. The room has multiple points of entry including a door just opposite the building’s passenger elevator, a set of double doors at the back that lead to the pantry and restrooms, and access to Seminar Room B, which can be rented separately for use as a breakout room, green room, or storage room.
