Open event space on the ground floor of The Bureau perfect for larger events. Equipped with a projector, natural light, and a plethora of comfortable seating options, the drawing room is able to accommodate up to 30 people seated and 50 standing. Catering services are available if booked more than 72 hours in advance. 

The space does not include additional AV requirements, catering, event permits, and other add-on services. 

Catering and refreshments can be arranged in advance through the independently run on-site cafe. All catering comes with an additional cost and orders must be placed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the booking.

Cancellation Policy: We will require notice to cancel your booking of the event space no less than 7 days before the booked time or you risk losing your credit or prepayment.

Permits:
For all large deliveries to the Premises, the customer must apply and receive a permit from Emaar prior to the delivery.
For all filming, photography or videography, for an event or otherwise, taking place at The Premises, including in all offices, meeting rooms, and open spaces, the customer must apply and receive a permit from Emaar prior to the filming.
