Some points to keep in mind when making a reservation:

1. If any of your guests arrive by bike, they must leave it in the bike racks outside. Visitors are not allowed to bring bicycles inside.

2. Except for full-day room bookings, having lunch in the meeting rooms is not permitted.

3. The reservation only includes the meeting room. Common areas are not available for use in the case of external bookings (non-A3 members).
(This includes ping pong, terrace, foosball, lounges, common spaces, etc.)

4. Please keep the room tidy. Leave everything in its place. This includes turning off lights and air conditioning.

5. If you consume food, please leave any used dishes at the coffee station in the hallway.

6. In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.

7. Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited both indoors and outdoors.
