Additional Services
No additional services or requests are available in this booking option (no additional furniture, technical support and/or dedicated staffing).

Overtime Charges
If the client's booking runs overtime, MicDrop is entitled to charge the Client an immediate overtime fee of $200+GST, plus an additional $200+GST for every hour you remain in the venue thereafter.

Compliance
Clients must comply with all CreativeCubes.Co rules and regulations during the booking. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or booking termination without refund. 

Credits
If the client is a CreativeCubes.Co Member, the client understands that meeting room credits will be used for this booking. 

Catering
Should clients opt for any catering option, they agree that they are responsible for managing all aspects of service during the event, including but not limited to, coordinating delivery and service. Clients will also be responsible for the disposal of waste in the dedicated bins and ensuring that the venue is left in a clean and orderly condition.

Venue Condition
Clients are responsible for leaving MicDrop in the same condition as it was provided. Any damage caused to MicDrop or its equipment will be the responsibility of the Client and may incur additional charges. Any excessive rubbish and/or waste disposal may incur additional charges and will be subject at the sole discretion of the MicDrop Team if applicable.

Suppliers
If you engage a supplier to supply goods and/or services, for the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge and agree that CreativeCubes.Co is not supplying the goods and/or services. The client agrees to release CreativeCubes.Co from all loss or claims the client may suffer (or any guests may suffer) in relation to, or as a result of, the supply by any supplier of the supplier goods and/or services.

Noise and Disturbance
Clients must ensure that their booking does not cause disturbance to neighbouring areas or other guests within CreativeCubes.Co. Excessive noise levels or disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of the booking without refund.

Liability
CreativeCubes.Co assumes no liability for damages or losses to personal property brought into MicDrop by clients and/or guests. 

Insurance and Indemnity
Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance covering liability, property damage and other risks associated with their booking. CreativeCubes.Co is not liable for any claims, damages, losses or expenses incurred during the booking.

Obligations
Clients are entirely responsible and liable for all acts or omissions of guests during the booking and while at MicDrop and CreativeCubes.Co. Clients are entirely responsible for their guests, stakeholders and suppliers.

Health and Safety
Clients must comply with all health and safety regulations, including but not limited to fire safety, emergency exits and capacity limits specified. 

Security and Promotion
Clients agree that CreativeCubes.Co may use photographs or recordings of the event for promotional purposes and/or security measures. 

Banned Items
No naked flames, dry ice, fog machines, glitter, confetti, vaping and/or smoke machines are permitted in any MicDrop venue. 

Compliance with Laws
Clients must comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations during their event, including but not limited to alcohol licensing laws and music licensing laws.
