Roam requires that all food and beverage service be provided by the venue to ensure the best quality for your event. Bringing in outside food and/or beverage may also result in an additional charge of up to 30% of your room rental total. Client agrees to pay 20% Service Fee (setup), and Sales Tax which is applicable on all food and beverage.
