My biggest issue is that people are sitting in the common areas and having full on meetings. It doesn't feel like people are taking advantage of the phone booths or other areas to reduce noise and distractions. I had my noise cancelling headphones on and could hear this person's conversation loud and clear.

Gets the job done! Would love more options for team co-working (meeting rooms/etc.)
