Check in took a minute on the first day at the reception downstairs but other than that, it was a great couple of days. The host Joel couldn't have done more to help - he supported us with rooms, a minor WiFi issue and was generally pleasant and polite and available the whole time. The cleaning staff were great too - constantly keeping the place pristine and always friendly. The tech in the room worked extremely well.
