Day Pass at Working From - Chicago

Two things I would like to see: 1. More variance in snacks and more snacks that are natural and healthy. I would like to see more fruits, more oatmeal (not the sugary packet, but the cheap regular oats that can be sweetened with honey, and regular milk). In place of chips, i think a much healthier alternative would be oliveoil/coconut oil popcorn, the light popcorn stuff. I liked the direction of the healthy sodas for April. The biggest problem is that everyday there are the same snacks, so I get bored and want to go to a different workspace like a wework. 2. Rather than paying less for entrance and paying for the latte I would rather you increase the entrance fee and give each person a free latte ticket. I sit by the barista most days and I will see her make 5 lattes max each day, while the extremely expensive latte machine on the countertop is designed specifically for outputting hundreds of lattes a day with minimal maintenance. I would never pay for a latte if there is free drip coffee alternative, but if the latte is included I would never go to another workspace, even if this workspace is more expensive. I think you would drastically improve the customer experience by making this change. I hope to communicate that these changes can be made without adding any extra operational cost if done right. For example, adding $5 to the entrance and giving a free $5 latte would result in the same cost while creating a strong marketing word of mouth value for the business. Since you are already spending money on snacks, switching them up should have minimal cost, and the desk attendants would be happy to have some discretion on the purchase and variation of snacks. Great spot, 3 phonebooths on each floor (3rd & 4th) with a common call area / coffee shop, quiet working area, kitchen, and terrace. Great experience!
