Ambrosio and Paul were very helpful and always on hand to handle any queries that the team had including be prompt with the room set up, additional stationary that was required and trying to fix the air conditioning. Unfortunately the air con in the smaller room was just not sufficient enough for the group to stay cool and so the room became very stuffy and not enjoyable to be in for the whole day. We also couldn't open the door to the room because of the noise from outside in the street so we had no way of cooling down. This however was rectified for the following day, when we were put in the larger room.

The waiting staff were friendly but the room was lacking preparation - there was no aircon going and no remote control to be able to use the screen in the room. This took about 5mins to find and so disrupted our meeting a little
