I had some work being done on my house that required the electricity to be cut for a period of time so I booked a desk at Serendipity Labs in Plano. Serendipity Labs was very conveniently located right off the 121 and Legacy. They are in the NTT Data building, which was a very nice building. The visitor parking was easy to find and navigate. Upon arriving to suite 400, I was promptly greeted and checked-in. The desks were clean and had the proper plugs for my laptop and I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. They have a kitchen and bathroom right in the office so you don't have to share with the rest of the tenants. It was very quite and the wifi signal was strong. The only thing I wish they had were some external monitors that I could plug my laptop into. Other than that, it was a very good experience. I'll return to this location again when the need arises.

Very clean and well maintained. However, all phone booths were squatted by few people throughout the day.
