Please note that we will require proof of event insurance (including Host Liquor Liability coverage, regardless of planned alcohol usage onsite) prior to the start of the event - this protects both us and you! Liberty Bank Building, LP - 6101 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh PA 15206 must be listed under "Additional Insured". 

Please ensure your booking allows enough time for setup and cleanup, as access to the space begins at the start of booked time and the $125 cleaning deposit will only be returned upon sign-off from LBB staff if the space is returned to its pre-event status by the end of booked time.
