Second Home is great, the fact the only parking is mandatory valet for $25 a day is just rude.

Overall, Second home is a beautiful place to cowork. There is a range of different environments you can utilize for your own working style: outside, quiet, couch, etc. I like that the day pass lasts you until 8pm to make the most out of your coworking time. The cafe they have sells pretty great tasting food for lunch. The free coffee isn’t the best, tasted fairly watered down, but they do have paid espresso drinks if you want. The biggest damper is parking/transportation. It’s $25 for 1-24 hours. So even if you are there for a couple hours, it will be $25. The surrounding area street parking is not great, and safety might be a concern. Regarding transportation, there was traffic congestion getting into and out of Second Home, so be mentally prepared for that.
