Day Pass at The Work Project Quay Quarter Tower

Perhaps it's my own naivety about the process, but I was surprised that we didn't have a dedicated, reserved space. Indeed, the space we had felt like a public space that I could com to just on my own: no signage indicated any sort of reservationw as required. The cafe downstairs was a delight. Everything was quite clean - props to the cleaners. A few small items: - I wasn't sure about the process of dealing with used glasses. Perhaps some signage would help. - The directions from my entry point were unclear. I was looking for a spiral staircase but it was around the opposite side from where I entered. I did find my way, but it could have been a bit easier. - The directions once arriving at the space were also unclear: do I just select a seat anywhere? Seemed to be the case, but would have been nice to remove the ambiguity. - Toilet door I used slammed into the wall: some details in making sure doors aren't slamming into walls would be welcome.
