Aaron Kreais is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of of Kreais, LLC, a real estate acquisition, holding, development, and construction company based in Columbus, OH.  In Aaron's role, he manages acquisition, financing, zoning entitlements, management and community relations for residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate.

In the last 20+ years Aaron has owned and operated real estate focused companies with a combined value over $100M in assets that included commercial grain facilities, warehouse/storage, office space, agricultural land, equipment, multifamily rentals, commercial properties and multiple single family rental and for sale properties.

He has personally overseen, financed, gained necessary entitlements including rezoning, and managed construction of commercial office space, new construction/renovation of housing both urban and rural, and commercial processing and warehouse facilities.

Aaron has served on numerous charitable and nonprofit boards that currently include Betterhood, The Southeast Lions, The Parsons Area Merchants Association and is actively involved with other civic and professional organizations.

Aaron earned his Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University Max M. Fishcher College of Business in 2002.

He and his husband of over 14 years, Josh, enjoy spending time with their twin children, and living a rewarding and intentional life.
