We booked ahead of time and when we got there the common space was so full that we ended up being put in an office/conference space. We appreciated the accommodation. However, when 2 of the 3 of us were in a meeting together in that room and the other individual went to sit in an completely empty desk space with only a monitor they were told they had to move because it was someone's desk. I think there should be something indicating where people can actually sit as well as not overbooking so everyone has work space.
