Serving as the largest meeting room at Lenox, Garage I and Garage II combine to offer a flexible work space and event venue for up to 200 people. Enhanced by white brick walls and two retractable garage doors, this meeting room is an ideal setting for training sessions, corporate gatherings and networking events. Personalize the space and make it your own with customizable seating arrangements, whiteboards and three HD projection screens.

Roam Event Terms & Conditions
This document provides a high-level overview of the key policies and expectations for hosting your event at Roam. By approving your event proposal, you acknowledge agreement to the following:

📍 General Agreement
The signed agreement reserves your space and guarantees payment for the dates/times specified.
Terms are based on information provided by the client. Any changes must be approved by both parties in writing.

🍽️ Food & Beverage
All food and beverage must be provided by Roam.
Outside food and drink will incur a 50% fee on the room rental.
Please submit F&B requirements at least 7 business days before your event.
Final guest count is due 3 business days (72 hours) prior; billing is based on this number.
Unused perishable items will not be deducted from your final invoice, but you may take any unopened beverages.
A 20% service fee and applicable sales tax apply to all food and beverage.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in full catering charges.

🍷 Alcohol Policy
All alcohol must be provided by a Roam-approved vendor.
BYO (Bring Your Own) alcohol is not allowed, including:
Spirits
Alcoholic favors or bonbonnieres
Alcoholic gifts (unless they are sealed and taken home)

🚭 Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed in any Roam space.

🗓️ Reservations, Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel < 60 days before event: Deposit is forfeited
Cancel < 45 days before event: 100% of room rental is charged
Reservation changes (dates/times) are not permitted outside cancellation windows.
Cancellation fees cannot be applied to future events.
Additional rooms are subject to the same cancellation terms.

⏰ Time Use & Add-Ons
Your reserved time includes setup, event duration, and teardown.
Additional time or storage before/after the event may incur fees.

📸 Media Consent
Roam may use photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes. No compensation is provided for use of likeness.

📦 Deliveries & Storage
Notify Roam in writing of any deliveries/setup in advance.
Shipments may arrive no earlier than 1 week prior to your event.
All items must be removed within 24 hours after the event.
Roam is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

💥 Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage caused by event attendees. Repair costs will reflect labor and market value.

💳 Billing & Payment
Charges include: Room rental, catering, beverages, taxes.
A credit card authorization form must be completed and returned with your signed event approval.

Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roam Co., LLC (the "Venue"), its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any personal injury, including but not limited to injuries resulting from slips, falls, or accidents, or for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring on or about the Venue’s premises during the event, whether caused by negligence, acts of God, or otherwise. By entering the Venue, all attendees, guests, and participants assume all risks associated with their presence at the Venue and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to such incidents. The Venue’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the use of the Venue, and in no event shall the Venue be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
